A: Recommended mounting height for Noopsyche fixtures is roughly 6" -12" from the water's surface to achieve the optimal light spread.
A: The coverage of Noopsyche is ∠90°. If light power wide ∠120° or even ∠150°, it will spillage and probably need a diffuser. Noopsyche is more concentrated irradiation, Par penetrates deeper. No spillage when hanging higher.

Fabulous. 60W at this price, and it works fantastic. Love it. Takes a bit of work getting it connected to the app, but it's all peachy afterwards.

Chose this light for 15g cube. Have only had it a couple weeks but I like it so far. Looks nice, good color and controllable
Channels and schedule. Hard to beat for the quality and features for the price. Seems to run cool and fan isn’t too loud when it does kick on. Only running around 50% power. Mounting arm and clamp work well. Shipping and communication from website need work, might take a while, and app isn’t fancy but would recommend this light as a legit nice budget option for sure.
I'll never use any other light except Noopsyche
